About

Good Comics is a UK-based not-for-profit independent publisher and distributor of comics, zines and graphic novels. We’re a team of three: Paddy Johnston, Sam Williams and Rozi Hathaway.

Our aim is to nurture new talent in comics and bring new voices to the community of independent comics, in the UK and internationally. We’re all about great stories, distinct voices, and unique talents.

Paddy and Sam launched Good Comics in 2015 with the first issue of the Dead Singers Society anthology zine, and since then we’ve added new talent in comics to our roster each year. After helping us out behind the scenes for some time, Rozi joined us officially in 2018. We’re all cartoonists ourselves and met through the UK comics scene.
